Deploy Claude Cowork across your workflows

Stop experimenting with isolated prompts. We connect Claude Cowork to the systems your teams already use and build secure, automated workflows they adopt, with your people approving every decision that matters.

Jason, our COO, runs the call and tells you which of your workflows suit Cowork before anything is scoped.

Why teams call us

Why enterprise teams struggle to deploy Claude Cowork alone

Cowork is easy to switch on for one person. Making it reliable for a department takes connectors, context and rules.

No connection to real systems

Without connectors to your ERP, CRM and ticketing tools, staff paste data in and out by hand.

Answers without context

A model that cannot read your templates and repositories writes plausible drafts nobody can use.

No approval rules

If nobody decides what the agent may send or change, IT keeps the rollout at pilot scale.

Adoption left to chance

Licences go unused when teams are not trained on the workflows built for them.

What we deploy on Claude Cowork

Three workflows we build most, each with a person approving the output.

Projects

Project and task routing

Cowork connected to Jira, Asana or Odoo, so incoming issues are classified, a first response is drafted and tickets are assigned by current capacity. The project manager moves from triage to oversight.

Knowledge

Knowledge synthesis and document drafting

Cowork reads your internal repositories through a context pipeline and drafts against your compliance templates, so the drafts are usable every time.

Engineering

Code review and test drafting

Commits reviewed against your security policies, vulnerabilities flagged and unit tests drafted before a human reviewer looks, inside a sandbox that keeps proprietary code isolated.

Claude drafts, routes and escalates. Your team decides.

We set the approval gates and escalation thresholds so Cowork stays in its lane.

Systems we connect Cowork to

Middleware and connectors so Claude can read and write where your teams work, without replacing the systems they run on.

  • Jira and AsanaIssue intake, classification, drafted replies and assignment.
  • Odoo and other ERPsOrders, schedules and records read and updated through approved actions.
  • CRMs and databasesCustomer and account context for drafts and summaries.
  • Document repositoriesPolicies, templates and past work behind every draft.
In production today

An agent layer on top of an ERP, running every week

For a dental care group, a Dutch Odoo implementation partner spent a year trying to build scheduling natively. We built an agent layer on n8n over Odoo instead. It is not a Cowork build, and it is the same pattern: the AI drafts and routes, the ERP stays the system of record, and people handle the exceptions.

    Architecture and security scoping

We audit your stack, map the connections and set data boundaries, sandboxing and permissions before writing code, with your current workflows running as normal.

    • The workflows Cowork takes on first
    • What it may read, draft and change
  2. Maciej
    Maciej, CTO

    Integration and pipeline build

We build the connectors and orchestration between Cowork and your ERP, CRM or databases. Managers get simple interfaces, engineers get documented APIs.

    • Staging first, on test data
    • Connectors reviewed by your IT team

    Approval workflow calibration

We configure the approval gates and escalation thresholds with the people who will use them.

What teams ask before rolling out Claude Cowork

Ask us something else

Is Claude Cowork secure for enterprise data?

Team and Enterprise admins control provisioning, connectors and which plugins each user gets, and Anthropic does not train its models on business customers' data by default. We add sandboxing and permission rules during deployment, matched to your IT security policies.

How does Cowork integrate with legacy systems?

Through connectors and middleware we build. Claude reads and writes data in your ERP, CRM or databases through approved actions, without disrupting the workflows you run or replacing the systems.

What do admins control?

Company branding, user provisioning, MCP connector controls and private plugin marketplaces, with usage, cost and tool activity reported through OpenTelemetry.

Where should we start?

With one team and one workflow that runs by hand every day. Book a discovery call and we scope it with you.

Other platforms we build on

We pick the platform after we understand the workflow, so the same team can build on whichever of these fits it. Compare them all
