AI agent development services for agents that work inside your systems

We build custom AI agents that read your CRM, ERP and databases, take the next step in a workflow and hand a person anything they should not decide alone. For one dental care group, our scheduling agent places 1,500 appointments a week.

Jason, our COO, runs the call and scopes the first agent with you.

A year of trying in Odoo, replaced by an agent on top of it

An Odoo implementation partner had spent a year trying to automate scheduling natively in Odoo for a dental care group serving 25,000 residents. We moved the scheduling rules into their own engine, synced Odoo nightly through five workflows, and let an AI agent place each appointment in the time that remained. Any appointment it cannot place produces a report explaining why, so a planner picks it up with the reason in hand.

Custom AI agents we build

Every agent starts from one workflow your team already runs by hand, and ends running in your environment on your data.

Operations

Scheduling and planning agents

Place appointments, shifts or jobs against your own rules, and explain every one they cannot place.

Customers

Customer service agents

Answer order and account questions from your live systems at any hour, with a second model checking each reply.

Finance

Document and back-office agents

Read invoices and forms, match them against your ERP, and route only the exceptions to a person.

Monitoring

Reporting and alerting agents

IES Limited's alerting build reads a 25-page MI pack every working day and cut time to detection from 20 days to 30 minutes.

Agents that act inside the limits you set

An agent that writes to your systems needs the same controls as a new employee with system access. We build them in from the first sprint. What works in production

Only the tools it needs

Each agent gets a fixed list of actions and the permissions your people already have, so it cannot reach a system its job does not touch.

A second model checks the work

Where a wrong answer costs money or trust, a second model reviews each output before it leaves, as it does on every Pinkcube reply.

A person decides the exceptions

Anything outside the agent's limits goes to your team with the reason attached, the way the dental scheduling agent reports each appointment it cannot place.

Every step on the record

Tool calls, inputs and outputs are logged, failed steps retry and then alert your team in Slack and by email.

One AI agent development company from scope to production

The team that scopes your agent builds it and keeps it running, so nothing is lost in a handoff. See how we work

    Scope

One workflow, the systems it touches and what it will take, agreed before you commit. Owen joins the first calls until you are onboarded.

    • A written scope: workflow, systems and data

What AI agent development costs

Estimate your agent's running cost

The build

Every agent is priced in a written scope before you sign: the workflow, the systems it touches and each milestone, defined as working software. Where the risk sits in your data, an AI pilot of 2 to 6 weeks, at $35,000 to $75,000, proves the agent on your staging systems first, and its fee is credited toward the build.

Running it

After launch you pay for the model calls and hosting in your own cloud account. We pick the model per task, so a routine step runs on a smaller, cheaper model and only the hard reasoning goes to a large one.

Not sure which agent to build first?

The AI Audit takes 4 to 8 weeks, costs $10,000 to $100,000 depending on scope, and ends in a ranked 90-day roadmap with ROI models for your top initiatives. Its fee is credited toward your first build.

Questions about AI agent development

Ask us something else

What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions. An agent also acts: it plans the next step, calls tools such as your CRM or calendar, and writes the result back. Our Pinkcube chat agent does both, answering customers and looking up their orders in the systems behind the shop.

How much does it cost to build an AI agent?

Each build is priced in a written scope before you sign. A pilot that proves the agent on your data costs $35,000 to $75,000 and is credited toward the build. Running costs are your model calls and hosting, which our AI agent cost estimator helps you size.

How long does it take to build a custom AI agent?

We give you the timeline in the scope, before you commit. For a sense of pace, GoKickflip's three content agents were built and shipped in 30 days.

Can AI agents work with our ERP or CRM?

Yes, through the systems' own APIs and with the permissions your people already have. The dental scheduling agent runs on top of Odoo without replacing it, and our architecture guide shows how agents connect to ERP, CRM and data.

Does our data have to leave our environment?

No. We build on self-hosted n8n in your cloud, behind your own auth, and you choose which model providers the agent may call.

Which models do your agents use?

The one that suits each step. Large models from providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic handle the reasoning, and smaller open-weight models take the routine steps where speed and cost per call matter more.

Should we hire an AI agent developer or a company?

A developer can build an agent. Keeping it running needs monitoring, fixes and someone who answers when it fails. Our team scopes, builds and runs each agent, and stays on it in weekly sprints after launch.

Can you take over an agent another team built?

Yes. We start with a technical assessment of the system's quality, then fix, harden and run it.
