Enterprise AI chatbot development services, checked by a second agent

We build your chatbot inside HubSpot, Zendesk or Odoo, connect it to live order and customer data, and keep it running after launch. Pinkcube's agent answers at every hour of the week, with a median first response of 7.7 seconds.

Jason, our COO, runs the call and scopes the chatbot with you.

CustomerHi, my order still hasn't arrived. Can you check where it is?

AI agentI found your order. It shipped and is with the carrier now, and tracking shows delivery tomorrow. I've added the tracking link to this chat.

Three checks stand between the model and your customer

No reply reaches a customer on one model's first draft. Any check can stop it or hand the conversation to your team.

  1. 01
    Gate 1

    Guardrail agent

Screens every incoming message for prompt injection, so an attack stops before the main agent reads it.

  2. 02
    Gate 2

    Grounded answer

Drafted only from your knowledge base and live order data. A filter keeps internal notes out of anything the customer sees.

  3. 03
    Gate 3

    Second-agent check

A separate agent checks the draft against your business rules and compliance constraints. On Pinkcube's build a blocked draft goes back with the violation and the fix, for up to ten rewrites.

  4. 04
    Hand-off

    A person when it matters

In office hours the conversation is assigned to an available agent through a CRM workflow and the bot goes silent. After hours it opens a ticket with the full transcript and tells the customer when your team will reply.

What comes with every chatbot we build

Built into the systems your support team already uses, and tested the way your customers behave.

Your CRM

Works where your team already works

HubSpot, Zendesk, Odoo or the system you run. Conversations log to their own pipeline and staff chats are filtered out, so your records stay clean without manual cleanup.

Live data

Answers from today's order status

The agent reads your CRM and carrier tracking such as AfterShip, so a customer asking where an order is gets the current answer.

Hand-off

Clear rules for when a person takes over

Once a person is assigned the bot stays silent, so a customer never gets two answers. It re-engages only when the conversation returns to an automated flow.

Tickets

Tickets that actually get created

On Pinkcube's build the chat agent has no ticket permissions. A separate triage agent reads each finished chat and creates the ticket the chat agent promised.

Environments

Staging before production

Development, pre-production and production, with tests run against a staging copy of your live CRM before any release ships. A global error handler alerts your team in Slack and by email.

Testing

Tested against difficult customers

Simulated customers of every temperament run against the agent before launch, with sample orders and accounts. On Pinkcube's build, the scenarios that fell short became its business rules.

What custom chatbot development gives you

A custom build fits when your chatbot has to read and write your own systems. Compare all three options

What buyers ask an AI chatbot development company

Ask us something else

Does customer data leave our environment?

No. We build on self-hosted n8n in your cloud, and the agent reads your CRM through its API with the permissions your team already has. For European teams under the EU AI Act and GDPR, our AI governance page shows the controls we build in.

How long does a chatbot build take?

A guarded chat agent like Pinkcube's goes from kickoff to live in 5 to 7 weeks. Pinkcube's went live seven weeks after kickoff, on the planned date. Yours depends on how many systems it reads, and we tell you before you commit.

What does an enterprise chatbot cost?

We scope it on the discovery call and you see the cost before you sign. If you start with the AI Audit, its fee is credited toward your first build.

Can the chatbot work with Odoo or SAP?

Yes. As an n8n Select Partner we build integration layers on top of ERPs and CRMs without changing the core system. For a Dutch Odoo implementation partner we built one that schedules about 1,500 dental appointments a week, described on our AI pilot page. Our n8n and SAP guide shows the same approach on SAP.

What if the model behaves differently once it is live?

NIST AI 800-4 warns that a model can behave one way in pre-deployment tests and another in production. The second agent checks every answer against your rules whatever the main model does, and test scenarios keep running against the live system. Our AI managed services cover the monitoring after launch.

Can it answer in more than one language?

Yes. Pinkcube's agent answers in Dutch or English, and after hours it tells the customer in Dutch when the team will respond.
