Enterprise AI training that turns access into AI fluency

Your people already have AI tools. We train them on the CRM, ERP and data they use every day, so the skills show up as workflows your teams run, check and extend without an outside vendor.

Jason, our COO, runs the call and scopes a program around your stack.

Access to AI grew faster than the skills to use it

53%

of surveyed organizations are educating the broader workforce to raise AI fluency, the most common change to their talent strategy

Source: Deloitte, State of AI in the Enterprise

Deloitte names insufficient worker skills as the main obstacle to integrating AI into enterprise workflows. Each finding below maps to a part of the program.

Access rose 50% in a year

Worker access to AI increased by 50% in 2025, so more employees use AI tools without knowing how to use them safely. Every session builds on the tools your people already have.

Confidence stops at strategy

42% of companies feel highly prepared at the strategy level, a confidence that does not reach talent readiness or risk management. The leadership track turns strategy into owners and review steps.

Fluency takes practice

A certificate shows a course was finished. Fluency shows when an employee spots a bottleneck, scopes it, builds it in n8n and connects it to your CRM.

Training sits apart from production

We build the systems your teams will run, then train those teams to own and extend them, working as an extension of your own staff.

Source for all three figures: Deloitte, State of AI in the Enterprise.

Training built on how your company already works

Every session starts from your stack, your data rules and your teams' own work.

Stack

The systems you run

We map the curriculum to your live CRM, ERP and internal databases, so employees practise on the systems they operate every day.

Context

Your own workflows

Sessions run on your own workflows and data pipelines, built around the repetitive, high-volume tasks that take analyst and operations hours every week.

Governance

Rules for company data

An employee who pastes client data into a public AI tool creates a liability. Data privacy, security guardrails and review steps sit inside every exercise.

Outcome

Something running afterwards

Each session ends with something built and running in your environment, on self-hosted n8n, Odoo or your existing ERP integrations.

What enterprise leaders ask about AI upskilling

Ask us something else

What are good AI courses for corporate employees?

For baseline literacy, Google's generative AI learning path, LinkedIn Learning's AI career paths, Microsoft's AI for Business specialization and DeepLearning.AI's AI for Everyone cover the fundamentals, especially for non-technical leaders. None of them knows your CRM, your ERP or the manual work in your operations team's week, which is where our programs start.

What is the 10-20-70 rule for AI?

Boston Consulting Group's rule of thumb for AI transformation: 10% of the effort goes to algorithms, 20% to technology and data, and 70% to people and processes. Training on your own workflows, with owners and review steps, is work on the 70%.

Does the EU AI Act require AI literacy training?

Article 4 of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) requires companies that provide or deploy AI systems to take measures for a sufficient level of AI literacy among the staff who operate and use them, and it has applied since 2 February 2025. It sets no course format, so confirm what it means for your company with your legal counsel.

What is the biggest risk when employees use generative AI?

Data leakage. Employees who default to public tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini can send client data, financial records and internal processes to a third party. Our programs teach employees to build and prompt inside self-hosted environments, where your data stays in your infrastructure, and our AI Use Policy Template sets out which data may go where.
