Resources / AI Readiness Scorecard
Answer ten questions about your data, systems, workflows, people and governance. You see your score out of 100, the area holding you back, and where to start.
Answer for the process you would automate first
Data
Can you name the system of record for every field the use case reads?
Do your departments agree on the same customer and product records?
Systems
Does each system involved expose an API you can read from?
Can a workflow write its results back without anyone re-keying them?
Workflows
Does the process run the same way every week?
Is the volume high enough that hours saved repay the build?
People
Is one named person accountable for the outcome?
Will the team that uses the workflow help design it?
Governance
Have you defined which data the AI may never see?
Does a person approve any action before it reaches a customer?

FAQ
They are the readiness checklist from our AI Readiness Assessment: two questions for each of the five areas we score before recommending a build, which are data, systems, workflows, people and governance.
Each answer scores 10 points for yes, 5 for partly and 0 for no. Each area is worth 20 points and the total is out of 100.
Below 40, fix the gaps before funding a build. From 40 to 69, a tightly scoped pilot in your strongest area is realistic. From 70 up, the basics are in place to build and run a workflow in production.
The scorecard is your own view in ten answers. The assessment checks the same areas against your systems, data and processes with your team, and ends with a ranked list of workflows worth automating.
