CASE 01Agentic content pipeline
$700→$12

GoKickflip's articles cost $700 each and arrived four or five a month. Now one costs $12.11 and takes 29 minutes.

GoKickflip wanted to own search for product customisation. Ovidius built a multi-agent pipeline on n8n that turns a keyword into a publish-ready article, so the team can publish 43 a month without hiring.

01
The challenge

Big SEO ambitions, and a content engine that produced four or five articles a month.

GoKickflip powers product personalisation for Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce stores, from custom engravings to colour choices in the browser. They wanted to rank for “product customization”, “Shopify product personalizer” and hundreds of long-tail terms. Every article went through research, brief, draft and review by hand, and scaling meant scaling the bill.

Bottleneck

Every step needed a person

4 to 5 articles a month through a manual pipeline from research to review.

Cost

About $700 an article

Freelance writers plus manual coordination. Ten times the output meant ten times the cost.

Focus

The SEO lead ran production

Their SEO manager spent most of his time managing content instead of strategy, keyword research and growth.

Quality

Inconsistent drafts

Freelancer output varied in tone and optimisation, so every piece went through extensive revision.

GOAL 01

Scale content 10x

From 4 to 5 articles a month to 40 or more, with no new headcount.

GOAL 02

Cut cost per article 90%+

Bring the $700 article down through automation.

GOAL 03

Hold the quality bar

A target approval rate of 90% or more at human review.

GOAL 04

Free the SEO lead

Strategy and growth, instead of managing production.

02
The solution

Three agents take a keyword from research to a publish-ready article.

Ovidius designed and built a multi-agent production pipeline on n8n. Research agents pull keyword, competitor and SERP data; a brief agent sets the structure; a multi-model stack writes, checks and polishes. No step waits for a person until the draft is ready to review.
