n8n automation services, from the first workflow to support in production

Whether you have no n8n yet, an instance someone else built or a security team asking for SSO, one team builds, fixes, sets up and runs it, on self-hosted n8n in your own cloud.

Which n8n service fits your team

Pick the one that sounds like your situation and start on the page built for it. You can move from one to another as the work grows.

No n8n yet

Workflows and AI agents, built and run for you

We design, build and run n8n workflows and AI agents on self-hosted n8n, with error handling, logs and a named owner for each one. Moving off Zapier or Make, old and new run side by side until the outputs match.

n8n agency
One scoped job

An n8n expert for one workflow

One workflow or AI agent, scoped in writing before you commit, with retries, logging and an error workflow in the first version. On the call you talk to the people who would do the work.

An inherited instance

It runs, but nobody has reviewed it

We read every workflow, credential and setting, rank what we find by risk and by cost, then fix it in a test environment and run the fixed version beside the original until the outputs match.

n8n consultant
Security owns the sign-off

SSO, vault and SIEM before production data

We deploy n8n Business or Enterprise in your cloud account, connect it to your identity provider and vault, and help you choose between Community, Business and Enterprise before you talk to n8n sales.

n8n Enterprise
Your team builds

Training on the workflows your team will own

Your team builds on your own CRM, ERP and internal APIs, with an Ovidius engineer in the editor beside them, and error handling from the first version.

n8n support from the team that built it

Alerts on failed executions, worker scaling, n8n upgrades and fixes when an upstream API changes, with admin access and documentation staying with your team.

AI managed services

Self-hosted n8n, set up for production volume

Self-hosting keeps the n8n editor, your credentials and every execution log on infrastructure you control, and makes the configuration your responsibility. These are in place on every instance we build or take over.

Queue mode with Redis and workers

The main process takes webhooks and schedules, Redis queues each run for the next available worker, and you add workers as volume grows, so one slow workflow does not hold up the rest.

Retries, an error workflow and an alert

Every production workflow carries them from its first version, so a failed run reaches a person instead of stopping silently.

A security review against current releases

Code nodes in external task runners, webhook authentication beyond an IP allowlist, scoped credentials and pruned execution data. The full checklist

Patient or financial data

n8n runs under the access controls and business associate agreement you already hold with your cloud provider, and model calls go only to providers you approve. AI in healthcare

Why n8n costs less than Zapier and Make at production volume

Zapier bills per task and Make per operation, so every step inside a workflow is metered. n8n counts one execution per run, however many steps it has. Here is one workflow with 10 action steps, run 10,000 times a month.

Billing units as Zapier, Make and n8n define them on their own pricing pages. Plan prices change and vary by tier, so we price your own volume on the discovery call.

How an n8n engagement runs, and who answers for each stage

One team carries your workflow from the first call to production and keeps it running. How long each stage takes depends on the work, so we tell you before you commit. See how we work

    Scope

One workflow, the systems it touches and what it will take, agreed in writing before you commit. Owen joins the first calls until you are onboarded.

    • An AI Audit first, for a large Zapier or Make stack

    Build or fix

Built against your real data, in your environment, with retries, an error workflow and logging before anything touches live records.

    Integrate

Into production behind your auth and monitoring, beside the old process until the outputs match, with documentation and access to everything we built.

Questions about n8n automation services

Ask us something else

What is the difference between an n8n agency, consultant and expert?

An n8n agency mostly builds new workflows, an n8n consultant reviews, fixes and hardens an instance you already run, and an n8n expert takes one scoped job. We do all three with the same team. Start on the n8n agency, n8n consultant or n8n expert page.

Are you an official n8n partner?

Yes. Ovidius AI is a Select Partner in n8n's Expert Partner program and is listed in n8n's own partner directory, linked from the badge at the top of this page.

Should we use n8n Cloud or self-hosted n8n?

n8n Cloud is the quickest start, because n8n runs the infrastructure and bills per execution. Self-hosting suits teams whose data must stay in their own cloud or who run high volumes. Workflows export as JSON, so you can start on Cloud and move later.

Do we need n8n Enterprise?

Most teams do not on day one. Business covers SSO, environments with Git and up to 2 million executions a month; Enterprise adds external secrets, log streaming and uncapped volume. Our n8n Enterprise page compares all three plans.

Do you offer ongoing n8n support?

Yes, through AI managed services: alerts on failed executions, n8n upgrades, fixes when an upstream API changes and new workflows as you need them. We also take over workflows another team built, starting with a review of what is there.

How is an n8n engagement priced?

Each build starts with a written scope: the workflows, the systems they touch and what it will take, so you see the cost before you sign. Ongoing help is a retainer billed by the hour up to an agreed cap, and if you start with the AI Audit, its fee is credited toward your first build.
