Hire an n8n Expert to Build, Fix and Run Your Workflows
You need a workflow built, an n8n instance someone else set up put right, or an AI agent that works in testing to hold up in production. Our n8n experts built and run the n8n systems behind GoKickflip, IES Limited and Pinkcube, on self-hosted n8n or n8n Cloud, and every workflow they hand over is documented and supported after launch.
Four findings an n8n expert flags on an inherited instance, each with its fix.
HighNo error workflow attached
Failed runs stop without telling anyone. Fix: an error workflow that retries, then alerts Slack.
HighAPI keys inside Code nodes
Anyone with editor access can read them. Fix: move them into n8n credentials.
MediumPolling every minute
1,440 executions a day to find a few new rows. Fix: a webhook trigger.
MediumAgent emails customers directly
No person sees a reply before it goes out. Fix: an approval step.
Sample findings for illustration, not a client result.

Ovidius clients include
n8n Experts From an Official Select Partner
n8n runs a partner program for the firms that build on its platform and lists them in its own expert directory. Ovidius is an n8n Select Partner, and our engineers have built the n8n systems below for clients in e-commerce, insurance and dental care.
Our partner profile sits in n8n's own directory of expert partners, where you can check it before you talk to us.

n8n in production
GoKickflip's content pipeline, IES Limited's compliance-checked content engine and a dental scheduler placing 1,500 appointments a week all run on n8n we built. See the case studies.

Your own instance if you need one
Agencies and MSPs run client workflows on Forge AI, our platform that gives each client a dedicated n8n instance and tools database.
Four Ways to Hire an n8n Expert
Each starts with a scoping call, and you can move from one to another as the work grows.
Scoped workflow buildOne workflow or AI agent, scoped in writing before you commit, with retries, logging and an error workflow in the first version. Our n8n agency page shows what we build.
Fix an existing instanceWe review workflows someone else built, rank what is broken or risky, and fix it in that order. Our n8n consultants run these reviews.
Ongoing expert supportAlerts on failed executions, n8n upgrades, fixes when an upstream API changes and new workflows as you need them, through AI managed services.
Train your teamYour people learn to build and maintain n8n workflows on your own use cases. See n8n training or our wider corporate AI training.
Taking Over an n8n Instance Someone Else Built
When the person who built your workflows has moved on, nobody knows which ones matter, which fail without an alert or where the API keys live. We review every active workflow first, then fix in order of risk. For a full security review of the instance, see our n8n consultant page.
What the review covers
Error handling
Every production workflow has an error workflow and an alert someone will see.
Credentials
Keys live in n8n's credential store, not in Code nodes or hard-coded headers.
Execution data
Retention and pruning are set, so logs neither fill the database nor keep personal data longer than you allow.
Scaling
Queue mode with workers where volume or long runs hold up other workflows.
Versions
The n8n version and any community nodes are checked before an upgrade, not after it breaks something.
AI agents
An approval step wherever an agent sends, writes or deletes something.

How Working With an n8n Expert Runs
Four steps with one accountable team. How long each takes depends on the work, so we tell you before you commit.
ScopeOne call, then a written plan We look at the workflow or the instance, the systems it touches and what it should save, and tell you what the work will take.
Build or fixAgainst a staging copy of your stack We build or repair the workflows on test data, with retries, an error workflow and logging in place before anything touches live records.
Hand overDocumented and walked through with your team Each workflow ships with notes on what it does, what it connects to and what to do when it fails, and your team gets access to everything we built.
SupportFor as long as you need it We watch executions and handle n8n upgrades and API changes through AI managed services, or step back once your team owns it. How we work covers each stage in full.

GoKickflip · Content pipeline
A keyword in, a publish-ready SEO article out 29 minutes later
A multi-agent pipeline on n8n runs about 33 agent executions across six or more AI models for each article.
Scheduling for 200 practitioners after a year of failed native builds
For a Dutch Odoo implementation partner, an n8n agent places appointments nightly from a Supabase planning cache and explains every slot it cannot fill.
Working with Owen and the Ovidius team has been a seamless experience; they are incredibly responsive and adapted quickly to our specific requirements. By leveraging their AI-driven content for our travel insurance sites, we've completely phased out our reliance on external agencies and freelancers in 2026 while significantly speeding up production.
It depends on how many workflows you need, which systems they connect to and whether you want support after launch, so we price after the scoping call rather than quoting a day rate. A single workflow is scoped as one project with the price agreed before work starts.
Ongoing support runs through AI managed services. If you are weighing several automation ideas, an AI Audit ranks them by return first.
Do you work on n8n Cloud or only self-hosted n8n?
Both. n8n Cloud is the fastest way to start. Self-hosting suits teams that need data to stay in their own cloud or need network access to internal systems, and we run it in queue mode with a Postgres database. Workflows export as JSON, so moving later is straightforward. Our n8n agency page shows the self-hosted setup.
Do you offer ongoing n8n support?
Yes, through AI managed services: alerts on failed executions, n8n version upgrades, fixes when an upstream API changes, and new workflows as you need them. Jason, our COO, is accountable for everything after launch.
Plan and licence questions are covered on our n8n Enterprise page.
Can an n8n expert build AI agents?
Yes. An agent is a workflow step where a model such as Claude or GPT decides what to do next using tools you give it, like a CRM lookup or a knowledge base search. GoKickflip's pipeline runs about 33 agent executions per article, and IES Limited's includes a Compliance Checker Agent.
Wherever an agent sends, writes or deletes something, we add an approval step, and our enterprise context layer controls what company data an agent may read.
What does n8n stand for?
n8n is short for "nodemation": the first and last letter n, with eight letters between them. It is pronounced n-eight-n, and the name describes how it works, with each step of a workflow as a node.
Can you train our team to maintain the workflows?
Yes. Every handover includes a walkthrough of what we built, and for teams that want to build their own workflows, our n8n training runs on your own use cases.
Talk to the Engineers Who Would Do the Work
Bring the workflow you need built or the instance you need fixed. On the call we tell you what we would do first, who on our team would do it and what it would take. If n8n is one part of a wider AI program, our AI consulting team scopes the rest.
