n8n Automation Agency for Self-Hosted Workflows and AI Agents
Your CRM, ERP and support desk each hold part of the picture, and the Zapier chains between them bill per step and fail without telling anyone. As an n8n Select Partner, we design, build and run n8n workflows and AI agents inside your own cloud, with error handling, logging and a named owner for every one.

What Our n8n Agency Builds
Most engagements start with one workflow and grow from there. These are the four kinds of work we take on.
AI agents on your dataAgents that read a ticket, email or document, look up context in your CRM or knowledge base, then act or hand off to a person. Our enterprise AI chatbot is built this way.
CRM and ERP integrationsWorkflows that move records between Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, Odoo and your internal APIs, with retries and a log of every write. See AI invoice automation and our n8n and SAP guide.
Migrations from Zapier and MakeWe rebuild your zaps and scenarios in n8n, add error handling, and run old and new side by side before anything is switched off. An AI Audit inventories a large stack first.
Run and maintainMonitoring, alerts on failed executions, n8n upgrades and fixes when an upstream API changes, through AI managed services.
Self-Hosted n8n, Inside Your Own Cloud
Self-hosting keeps the n8n editor, your credentials and every execution log on infrastructure you control. For production we run it in queue mode, so one slow workflow does not hold up the rest.

Prompts leave your cloud only under agreements you hold, or not at all with a hosted model.
If you handle patient or financial data, self-hosting lets n8n run under the access controls and business associate agreement you already hold with your cloud provider. Our AI agents in healthcare page shows that data boundary in detail, and enterprise AI governance covers the controls around it.
n8n vs Zapier and Make at Production Volume
Zapier bills per task and Make per operation, so every step inside a workflow is metered. n8n counts one execution per run however many steps it has, and the self-hosted edition carries no execution fee.

Bring your list of zaps or scenarios and we will map which to rebuild first.
Four phases with one accountable team. How long each takes depends on what you are building, so we tell you before you commit.
ScopeOne call, then a written plan We map the workflow, the systems it touches and what it should save, and tell you what the build will take. Larger programs start with an AI Audit that ranks use cases first.
BuildAgainst a staging copy of your stack We build the workflows and agents in n8n on test data, with retries, an error workflow and logging in the first version.
ShipAlongside the process it replaces The new workflow runs next to the old one until the outputs match, then takes over. Your team gets documentation and access to everything we built.
RunMonitored after launch We watch executions, handle n8n upgrades and upstream API changes, and report what the workflow saves. How we work covers each phase in full.
n8n Agents Already in Production
GoKickflip's content pipeline runs on n8n. About 33 agent executions across more than six AI models take one keyword to a publish-ready article.

From day one, the Ovidius team moved fast, thought big, and executed with precision. Together, we built something truly cutting-edge that will be a major unlock for our business and change how we operate and grow.

A Dedicated n8n Instance per Client, With Forge AI
Agencies and MSPs that deliver n8n workflows to their own clients run them on Forge AI, our platform that gives each client a dedicated n8n instance and tools database under your brand. The GoKickflip pipeline runs on the same infrastructure.

n8n Cloud is the fastest way to start, because n8n runs the infrastructure and you pay per execution. Self-hosting suits teams that need data to stay in their own cloud, run high volumes, or need network access to internal systems.
We set up and maintain self-hosted n8n in queue mode with a Postgres database, so your team carries none of the DevOps work. Workflows export as JSON, so starting on Cloud and moving later is straightforward.
How long does a migration from Zapier or Make take?
It depends on how many zaps or scenarios you run and how many custom integrations sit inside them, so we inventory them before quoting. A handful of workflows is usually a matter of weeks. A stack with dozens of interdependent flows takes longer, and the scoping call tells you how much.
We rebuild each workflow with error handling and logging, then run old and new in parallel until the outputs match. For reference, the GoKickflip build went from kickoff to production in 30 days.
What is an AI agent in n8n?
An agent is a workflow step where a language model (Claude, GPT or a model you host) decides what to do next, using tools you give it: a CRM lookup, a database query, a knowledge base search or an API call. Standard n8n automation follows fixed rules, and an agent handles the ticket or email those rules do not cover.
Wherever an agent's action has consequences, we add an approval step so a person signs off before anything is sent or written. Our enterprise context layer is how agents get your business rules.
Is n8n HIPAA compliant?
HIPAA compliance depends on how n8n is deployed. Self-hosted n8n inside your own AWS or Google Cloud account runs under the business associate agreement you hold with that provider, and n8n can be set to prune execution data or skip saving it, so patient data does not pile up in logs.
Model calls need the most care. They go only to providers you have approved under an agreement, or to a model you host. Our AI agents in healthcare page covers the setup.
Do you maintain workflows after launch?
Yes, through AI managed services: alerts on failed executions, n8n version upgrades, fixes when an upstream API changes, and new workflows as your needs grow. Jason, our COO, is accountable for everything after launch.
Can n8n connect to SAP, Salesforce or our own systems?
n8n ships with hundreds of built-in integrations, and anything with an API can be reached through its HTTP node or a custom node. Our n8n and SAP Joule Studio guide walks through an SAP build, and our AI solutions page shows other workflows built this way.
Bring One Workflow to a Discovery Call
Tell us the process that eats the most hours, or the zap that breaks most often. On the call we sketch the n8n workflow that would replace it, what it connects to and what the build would take. If n8n is one part of a wider AI program, our AI consulting team scopes the rest.
